ServiceNow is a great tool to keep track of any activity and tasks occurring in all the applications spread across the organization and also take calculate risks for service outage possibilities

Ability to relate Change requests and incidents so that a single parent entity can be created making it much easier to audit

Any customization after implementation is a complex procedure and can involve lots of bugs

What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

As there is another product called Remedy which provides the same functionality but requires some plugin that requires complex components whereas ServiceNow provides Orchestration which enables various functionality for the automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ServiceNow provides Orchestration which enables various functionality for the automation such as Additional/Removal of Users to Group, Server Patching, and Software Installation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its cost can be considered as a disadvantage. Because it comes with a different plugin which can cost you a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's the best product for automation and which can automate various business processes and easy for the installation and simple components for the configuration of ITOM compare to other products.
