Integration challenges are a constant concern for developers, but ServiceNow makes it a breeze. Seamlessly connecting with other tools and systems helps create a unified view of operations. This level of integration is essential for harnessing data effectively and facilitating informed decision-making. Scalability is another standout feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is made with an automation focus and provides a lot of control on the entire process workflow. If you have many different business rules and processes, this is a good choice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes Instances don't work correctly, shows null responses, and we can't even contact support from their website, but whenever it works, it works completely fine and meets my expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helped us to improve our IT operations by streamlining the processes, automating tasks and providing visibility in IT services. Also it helped us to make better business decisions with the help of business intelligence tools.

It provides extensive capabilities and features to automate ongoing management workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its favourite feature is that it lets its users keep track of all the processes being automated here and provides better scope of service request and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As compared to other cloud service provider some of the features like pay as you go feature isn't that effectively available which makes it financially less feasible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As per my experience of using it regularly in cognizant, i would highly recommend it in terms of smoothness of it.
