Pretty solid platform, but not perfect!

What differentiates ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate from other similar products?
It has a more integrated approach compared to others I tried. The workflows are super customizable and it scales well as your team grows
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definetly the automation features. They save so much time on repetitive tasks, and the UI is clean enogh to not feel overwhelmed. Once setup, it kinda runs things on auto-pilot
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup can be a bit of a pain. There’s a steep learning curve, and the documentation isn’t always clear. Also, some parts feel a bit laggy when too many things are running at once
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time learning the system—don’t rush it. Maybe even get some training if you can. Once you’re over the hump, it’s totaly worth it
