What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

I find it simple to create tickets, distribute them to team members, and monitor their development. It has aided us in providing better customer service and swifter problem-solving. We have greatly increased our efficiency thanks to ServiceNow. Many tasks that used to take up a lot of our time, such as creating and assigning tickets, are now automated by the program. This has helped us increase production and concentrate on more in-depth research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As long as ServiceNow is configured properly, it is quick and trouble-free. The user interface is clear and uncomplicated. In contrast to earlier software, the learning curve is almost nonexistent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible for jobs to contain subtasks that are buried so deeply that they are initially overlooked. I wish the software's layering system was more user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates ServiceNow App Engine from other similar products?

It's not like other programs since it's a low-code development platform, which means businesses can make their own apps and automate processes without hiring programmers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a beginner, you can't go wrong with its low-code approach, Quick previews, and bug fixes, all of which enable users to make unique applications with little to no understanding of coding. The nicest thing is that we can quickly and easily preview any changes we make and make corrections as needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The AES UI is solid, however it can be difficult to navigate at times. Even if you are proficient in the coding method, you still need to learn AES to utilize it effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because I have used the software for making UI pages and landing pages, I think it is worth recommending. Using this method, both new and current workspaces can be easily created and modified. It's a big help if you're not proficient with various methods of coding. The work is simplified and completed in less time as a result.
