What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Reliability and scalability are what sets Sendgrid apart from its peers, as far as email marketing campaign management is concerned. Either for delivering transactional notifications or marketing notifications via email , we are always confident of successfully reaching the inbox folder of the targeted recipients. We experience no downtimes with Sendgrid and the number of contacts on our marketing lists never affects speed of email delivery.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendgrid allows me access the last thirty day of email activity history and we've found this helpful when trying to cross-reference our weekly marketing email performance numbers. My team has also found Sendgrid's automation triggers helpful. We have relied on this triggers to activate personalized actions and activities, such as sending a "warm welcome message" to new customers, or following up with an email message after a customer completes a particular type of transaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sendgrid mandates two factor authentication ( 2FA ) for users to access Sendgrid accounts. Personally, I find this process too slow as it sometimes takes too long for the authentication code to arrive. I will prefer if Sendgrid will just support the use of an authentication mobile app instead.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am of the opinion that the demands of every team is unique. Therefore , it is essential that prospective new users or customers of Sendgrid compare what they need against what Sendgrid is offering.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

It's an intuitive, yet highly scalable platform that makes it easy to ensure your emails are near 100% delivery rate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to integrate multi-channel communication with CMS such as WordPress with WooCommerce, makes it easy to connect email and SMS notifications with the store itself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure is quite complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While this tool will allow you to build email campaigns easy, make sure to have a data privacy officer so everything within email is set up correctly.
