What differentiates SAP Data Services from other similar products?

SAP Data Services feels more reliable when working with SAP systems, especially when I used it with SAP Concur. It handles complex data jobs smoothly, though setup can be a bit tricky initially. Customisation is quite tricky but yeah ETL is working like knife in a butter.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is how smoothly it handles large and complex data transformations without breaking. When I used it with SAP Concur, it felt reliable and consistent, and once set up properly, it runs in the background without much manual effort

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup and configuration can feel complex and time-consing, especially for first-time users Error handling and debugging are not very intuitive, making troubleshooting frustrating at times Performance tuning requires technical expertise and is not very beginner-friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan setup carefully, invest time in learning basics, and involve experienced resources early to avoid issues and get better results quickly

What differentiates SAP Data Services from other similar products?

SAP data services is very useful while we want to data cleansing, data profiling and data integration. It is ETL tool so we can extract and load data from various source system to target system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use tool, only low coding is required. It has possibilities to parralel processing and using nested schemas. Maintenance is moderate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of the application. The constraints which arise due to it's inability to perform with BigData.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The training hours that go into the learning of the app is bit high.
