What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?
We have started sending email newsletters, etc. through Pardot. Now that you can see how much the email was opened, what link was clicked, and what percentage of the email was opened, you can now move on to the story of how to improve the content below. Compared to when I was doing an email newsletter based on the theory of a few results, the number of seminar requests has increased, which is pretty good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since the user interface is easy to understand, you can compose and send emails even if you are not that skilled in terms of operation. Since the activity is also known, it is easy to understand user behavior by knowing which page the user who made the query viewed. It also uses the scoring function, and hot users notify sales and approach and nurture online.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is exchanged on the basic form, but if the options on the form are difficult to understand if you are an amateur, many words are difficult to understand. Improving the options and providing telephone consultations may be helpful for unskilled users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has become possible to acquire numerical values that were difficult to obtain as conventional data, such as the result of e-mail transmission, the extent to which it was read, and the distribution devices, and it has become possible to use it for marketing. It has become possible to set distributions flexibly by attribute, and it has become possible to distribute in a form closer to 1 to 1. For profitability, we recommend that you first build up internal MA knowledge with a simple system and then introduce it as an upgrade.

Salesforce will bundle Pardot with CRM. Take advantage!

Integration with other software and tools is very easy and it does integrate with everything. It has the best email marketing capabilities as compared to similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very easy to use, there are a lot of resources which are available for users to get trained, the support from salesforce is extraordinary as if you ever get stuck they always help you right away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I personally dislike is the capabilities of reporting which a powerful tool like Salesforce has, which lack many features within. Also, the creation of landing pages is not the best, we still use Hubspot for creating landing pages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pardot is a very easy to use software CRM which has many capabilities for businesses to utilize such as the best lead scoring system a business could ever have provided benefits for lead generation and lead nurturing programs. The creation and utilization of workflows are very easy on the other hand which automates all the processes for sales and marketing which includes automation of email marketing. It has many features and businesses can highly benefit from it.
