One of Salesforce's greatest advantages is the breadth of its ecosystem. It's truly broad and varied, and incredibly adaptable to any business process we have in place and want to improve. It maintains a high level of customization in my workflow; through interactive and dynamic dashboards, we connect with hundreds of external applications, allowing for greater data integration.
