Pardot is great for Salesforce users
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?
The ease Pardot integrates into the Salesforce CRM was the reason we went this way. There are competitors out there that can do very similar or the same things (some at cheaper prices) but keeping everything in 1 spot was vital when we implemented Pardot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a daily user, I really liked being able to track someone's journey from email to website and where they went on the website. It made a reach-out conversation a little more focused when trying to get in touch and the time spent was a great indicator of their level of interest in the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There was nothing I found un-easy or un-appealing about the product as a daily user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My best recommendation is if you are using Salesforce as your CRM, give this a good look because the ease of use and integration is great. If you're evaluating this without salesforce I'd still give it a look but also evaluate the other options that are out there.
Pros
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Respectful
- Client Friendly Policies
Cons
- Charges for Enhancements

Lots of room for improvement

What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?
It's integration with Salesforce. It has a strong backing but still lacks in several areas compared to software like Marketo.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use overall. It would be a lot easier to use still, if it didn't have so many areas of unexpected behaviour that you have to learn.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of key features like if/then logic for automation and support
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've used many marketing automation systems and Pardot is currently above average but I would recommend a system like Marketo over it.
