What differentiates Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement from other similar products?

True integration with Salesforce sales cloud another feature

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how campaign members are a mix of leads and prospects. It adds lots of flexibility and things like a small email reach out or easy to do. The metrics used to define marketing KPI’s.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were some gaps between the sink of AE and Salesforce. Certain functions could only be done well on one of the sides and it wasn’t always clear the best methods to perform actions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To invest in more than a quick start. It wasn’t enough to maximize the software. We had to brief of an introduction and implementation and were left with too many questions on how to use marketing the best we could.

Provides detailed lead tracking & attribution, Measuring ROI on marketing campaigns, insights into engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact. It delivers personalized experiences at scale all of it helps us understand and execute marketing campaigns better and increase marketing effectiveness

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with the Salesforce ecosystem, marketing and sales teams can work in sync, the best part is dynamic content and segmentation which is absolutely essential in the current world of AI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The automation rules and segmentation are powerful but they have processing delays, reporting and analytics could be more robust.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Management (Pardot) is organised in such a way that you do not need to open many tabs, everything is in one place!
