What differentiates Salesforce Field Service from other similar products?

The layout is great. It has been a brilliant product to role out for service based roles. Work order allocation and creation is easy, I have been able to train multiple members of staff in this very easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dispatch console is brilliant

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customisation is a nightmare

The pricetag and complexity of the solution

Be aware that you will need help to implement SFS from a third party even if you have solid platform knowhow in the company already
