What differentiates Reputation Social Suite from other similar products?

This is the only platform I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting aspect of it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The algorithm is not fair - I've said this many times before and shared it with the OEM as well. Your scores instantly drop when you get a negative score, BUT it takes 30 + days for score your scores to come up with a ton of good reviews???? It is very frustrating !!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your due diligence and check other products before settling on this one.

Integration with Google Business Profiles. Scoring of each branch.

Monitoring reputation score for each location. Robust reporting that's easy to disseminate across the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of integration with Apple App Store and Google Play Store reviews.
