Incredible and responsive customer service, customizable content, and Proofpoint personalized metrics/insights. I can tell who our most attacked users are, what they are being targeted by, and can deliver training based on their role and risk score.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have zero dislikes.

GET THE DEMO. A brochure can't describe the breadth of everything the service can do.

Total suite of toTotal suite of tools that integrae with each other. High quality and always evolving to be able to do more and provide a better service.t
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think it is very easy to use and work with for the Phishing and training components. I do not directly use the other components.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to customize is still developing. Has not been very easy in the past, but is evolving.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The PSAT suite is a complete training and simulation suite. Easy to implement and use. We were using the tools within 1-2 weeks. Has a variety of phishing templates in many languages and a variety of training modules and materials.
