Reliable Security for Hybrid Work
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Prisma Access from other similar products?
The stands out about Prisma Access is how consistently it delivers secure connectivity for users, regardless of where they're working. Instead of managing multiple point solutions, I can apply the same security policies across remote offices, cloud applications, and mobile users from one centralized platform. It also scales well as the organization grows and provides detailed visibility into network traffic and potential threats. That combination of centralized management, cloud-native architecture, and strong security makes it a compelling option compared to many other secure access solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I appreciate most about Prisma Access is its ability to provide consistent security without sacrificing the user experience. Once it's in place, remote users can connect securely with minimal disruption, and I don't have to spend as much time managing separate security tools. The centralized management and clear visibility into network activity make it much easier to maintain security while supporting a modern, hybrid workforce.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I dislike about Prisma Access is that the initial deployment and policy configuration can be more involved than expected, especially in complex environments. Getting everything properly integrated with existing infrastructure takes careful planning and testing. While the platform is powerful once it's up and running.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my experience, it's worth investing time in planning the deployment before rolling out Prisma Access across the organization. Test key applications, verify user access, and fine-tune security policies in a controlled environment first. A well-planned implementation will save time later and provide a much smoother experience for both IT teams and end users.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
