What differentiates Phenom CRM from other similar products?

As an organization heavily invested in Workday, it was extremely important that our CRM partner had a native integration with our system of record.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My focus is on internal mobility, so the employee experience dashboard is an area I spend a lot of time in/on. I'm a nerd and thrive on data and analytics, so it's a really powerful tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No tool is perfect. We have all spent a lot of time training the AI and that is ongoing and will eventually yield some fruits. The career pathing isn't as prominent as we would have liked and it doesn't integrate with our LMS which is disappointing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any software, research, research, research. Speak to colleagues in your space to capture relevance, ease of implementation and most importantly, internal adoption.
