Our performance with Paychex is better than with the previous software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Paychex as an ally in our company, our work performance has been increasing, since it facilitates our work in human resources, employee registration, data and personal information, assignment of job positions and schedules; attendance, absences, holidays, vacations and rest. Payment records, bank numbers, drafting and payroll submissions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With prices a little high, but worth paying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company requires punctuality when delivering payroll and reports, with paychex you will not have any problem. Be it weekly, monthly or quarterly. We can control the information of the employees, edit them or delete users. Also offering each employee access to their user for payment verification.

Very similar to the previous software, but we are satisfied with our performance at Paychex.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paychex has benefited us a lot as assigned human resources software, used in our company, since it facilitates our work by registering new employees, registering data and personal information, assigning direct deposits to bank numbers, making and sending payroll, inspecting and making arrangements. during working hours, attendance, vacations, time off due to illness, holidays, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tools are a bit expensive, but for their performance it is worth it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We love the power to control employee information by setting up, editing, or deleting users. Punctual when delivering weekly payroll and reports, also when quarterly presentations are made. Each employee will have access to verify their payroll.

Paychex Flex's pricing model is such that it rises substantially year over year.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paychex Flex is a great product for small business payroll. When I do have a question, which is not often, it is easy to get on the phone with a knowledgeable representative unlike other payroll providers I have worked with in the past. However, Paychex Flex's pricing model has been rising to an above competitive rate, causing the organization I'm consulting with to consider a new provider.
