It has the ability by to get information from several sources, including transactions, marketing channels, and other touchpoints, while maintaining a significant level of differentiation from other platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The 360 degree view can helps to understand customer behavior, preferences, and engagement history which improves our organization business is one of my favorite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cleaning and deduplicating data is so difficult for us in maintaining accuracy on the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your are considering Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform ,Evaluate the entire cost of ownership, taking into consideration of implementation expenses, license payments, continuing maintenance, and support.
