Their AI features is amazing because you can learn how to use it with it and send commands to complete tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the beginning it’s a bit hard to understand and implement, which leads you to no other solution that hire someone who can implement it for you.

If you are looking for the most table cloud service in the market, backed for the most prestigious companies in the world, Oracle is for you!

What differentiates Oracle Taleo from other similar products?

Taleo is a user-friendly applicant tracking system that enables recruiters to successfully track individuals who have applied for a post or were previously considered for a separate recruitment process. The recruiter dashboard provides the recruiter with a high-level overview of all open positions as well as all candidate applications in progress. Requisition notes are simple to update, and the user can generate a report and export it to Excel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can keep track of candidates. Follow their path from initial evaluation to hiring and skill development. Almost all human resource processes are included. The pricing is reasonable considering the features. I enjoy having all of the employee documentation completed before a new person even walks into the office for the first time. Nobody enjoys paperwork. This software significantly enhances my onboarding process, making me far more productive. The linkages also help my department to save time on employee management. Having background check services integrated is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is unappealing. It is difficult to modify the specifics. There is no option for mass mailing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program enables all hiring procedures to take place in a single, well-organized location. Taleo provides alternatives to ensure an efficient hiring process, from posting approval through candidate review. Tracking is available to move candidates to different steps based on their review and interest in continuing their application. Interview evaluations and interaction with HR personnel are centralized.

Oracle’s proposal includes recruiting personnel from areas such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Also, this tool integrates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts into talent management to achieve corporate plan execution. It allows me to know its performance and whether it is in line with the organization’s strategy. Very helpful!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives employees realistic learning solutions that are directly proportionate to the company’s success and guide the employees towards attaining the goals. The platform delivers an excellent classroom experience and also aids in the execution of audit programs. Every employee’s course has been registered, and precise information about their course completion status is updated regularly, allowing me to track and understand the status. It is inexpensive and has an excellent user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not particularly supportive on all platforms/browsers, in my experience; nonetheless, everything else works perfectly for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My entire experience with Taleo Learn Cloud has been excellent, as it has assisted the organization in comprehending the improvements that are required in their business modules. It has been extremely useful in tracking down every employee’s performance to provide accurate service to the client.
