What differentiates Oracle NetSuite Expense Management from other similar products?

I can't really answer these questions because this is my first job and the only software that I've used for ERP management. NetSuite is the only software that I've seen so I can't compare it to other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the fact that there are so many routes of customization that you can go with in order to suit the needs of your company. I think that this is critical for any ERP tool due to the fact that it really is the base of any organization. I personally like that I can customize any report to my liking or business need to make powerful and informed decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that there are so many different menus within the platform that it's confusing for someone learning or someone who hasn't had proper training on how to use the software. That is why I recommend anyone using this product to have proper training. Going off of that I think there is a longer learning curve for anyone transitioning into using this platform for the first time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For anyone considering this product, it is on the pricier side. However, if you are properly trained on how to use this software I believe that it's a great asset to any business' accounting. There are so many different features as well as customizations that you can implement within your organization's platform, so make sure that you are properly trained so that you can take advantage of these. There are trainings within NetSuite available, or you can go the third-party route and have an expert train you on the software. Do your research before deciding on any implementation within your company!
