Flexible no-code GRC that adapts to how we work
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Onspring from other similar products?
Well, the no-code configurability lets us adapt on the fly without developers. Pre-built apps gave us value fast. There's usually multiple ways to achieve what you need, which is great for unique processes. Support is fantastic, and Onspring AI features like document summarization help reduce manual work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Actually, the ease of use and flexibility. Before Onspring, we were drowning in spreadsheets. Now we automate workflows and track everything in one place without begging IT for help. Even non-technical team members use it comfortably. Support is also top-notch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, reporting is the weakest link—it's clunky and not truly flexible, requiring workarounds for visual metrics like heat maps. There's a learning curve when designing apps from scratch, and the UI feels a bit dated. Also, urgent fixes can take time if something breaks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well, plan your app design carefully before building—it's flexible but hard to fix later. Invest in training upfront. Lean on support, they're great. Check if reporting meets your needs, especially for complex visuals. If you need flexibility without heavy IT involvement, it's a solid choice. If you need deep out-of-the-box reporting, test thoroughly first.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
