What differentiates OnePlan from other similar products?

Overarching management across multiple product toolsets, if you use them. Highly configurable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Highly adaptable and built on power platform so integrates well with Microsoft tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be confusing and would really benefit from OOTB setup for each module rather than specifics for each type of action, eg. strategy, portfolio management. APIs for other tools expensive if you need to use multiple instances, as we do due to our business as a consultancy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend time planning and agreeing what you need from the tool before you begin configuration. Ensure you have a business and IT admin owner who can dedicate time to keep it running, updated and relevant. Create your roadmap for what you want from it.

The implementation team is very good, also after implementation, you are offered continuous support

How customisable the tool is.

Sometimes, some much needed features take some time to be improved/updated by their time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to use most of the features together. Using only some of the functionalities does not make the best use of the software.

This is a great tool if you are trying to establish portfolio management capabilities. It is customizable and has a lot of out of the box features ready. It is possible to have all your schedules, finance and resource data in one place for strategic decision-making. The implementation team is top-notch!
