What differentiates OnePlan from other similar products?

Highly configurable to meet our specific needs without the cost, complexity, headaches of customization. We are able to manage distributed PMO effectively, streamline reporting and do valuable what-if scenario assessments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The configurability allows the project managers to use the tool in day-to-day project management, and leadership to see aggregated result of these inputs without any additional tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance, it can be very slow at times. Support occasionally can be frustrating, at times I need help understand the OOB features, and am referred to level 2 (paid) support for this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear understanding of what you need out of a tool and work with the sales team to show you how OnePlan can meet those needs. Don't under estimate the regular releases either, the tool is always improving, be active in the community to see your ideas included in future releases.
