Powerful process workflow automation

What differentiates Nintex Workflow Automation from other similar products?
It has a number of useful features but I think where it’s different is the ability to import workflow packages from the vendor or other users onto the system to meet specific requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best functionality is the pdf form import feature. If you have a library of existing psf forms it’s a one step process to import them into the system and it will generate an electronic workflow form with the exact field types. Saves you hours of work
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s a couple of strange decisions but the main one I dislike is when a workflow fails the workflow initiator is not informed. It leaves too much emphasis on admins to organise resubmission and to let them know it’s failed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The vendor runs regular process in a day workshops that will help even the least experienced workflow. Older to grasp the basics of some well known process workflows like expenses approvals. They are free and extremely helpful.

What differentiates Nintex Workflow Automation from other similar products?
Nintex built-in feature enables the building of paginated forms, anonymous forms (no user login required), and a powerful rules engine. Furthermore, validations can be quickly made up without any code. It’s incredible how much can be accomplished with its drag-and-drop interface. Workflows can also be tested within the development interface before they are published. Nintex Workflows integrates with a variety of systems, including SharePoint and Salesforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nintex Process Platform is ideal for automating organizational and business activities. Tasks, papers, chats, and other activities can all be automated. Dynamic online forms can be designed to collect and submit correct and up-to-date data from anywhere. I can also automate processes such as weekly email automation and monthly document generation. To assist me in reaching my ultimate goal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because the automation platform cannot retain data, I must rely on SharePoint, Salesforce, or other applications for data storage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like Nintex’s scheduling capabilities since they allow me to construct automated procedures that run regularly. It’s also convenient to be able to delegate specific jobs and processes when an employee is suddenly absent or out of the office. When more assistance is required, the guidance offered has been beneficial. I’m especially amazed by the customer support team’s dedication – they truly go above and beyond.
