What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer and their employees prefer and work by and large with: Pro active monitoring and alarms; Customization of Dashboards for the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The abundance of options on the platform can be a little daunting if a new user is not familiar. Some dash boards also take time to adjust to fit exact needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Begin with the central monitoring capabilities before venturing into all of the bells and whistles. The time investment now to set up meaningful alerts will enable you to extract further and greater value.

My favorite part of New Relic is its customizable dashboards. You can set them up to focus on the metrics that matter most to your team, which makes monitoring and troubleshooting much easier. It is super flexible and saves time by showing you exactly what you need in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about New Relic is that some of its more advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming, especially if you are new to monitoring tools. It can take some time to fully grasp how everything works and to set things up the way you want. The learning curve can be steep, but it gets easier once you get the hang of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend taking the time to explore the basics first and slowly work your way up to the more advanced features. Do not rush the setup, get familiar with how it works and customize the dashboards to match your needs. And definitely take advantage of their tutorials and support if you need help along the way. It is a powerful tool, but the more you put into learning it the more you better you can manage it
