Better Org than a tool unless you're doing local

What differentiates Moz Pro from other similar products?
Well four things. First that as an organization MOZ is an invaluable educational resource. Second, that they've typically been early adopters. I mean, they might not produce the best version of a new feature but they'll usually have the first one. Third, the out of the box automated reporting is pretty good. SEO professionals won't learn enough from it, but clients will understand and love it. Forth, their Local SEO tool is as good as those get.

Think this a tie between Whiteboard Fridays and the local SEO tool,
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it doesn't do little obvious things that comparable tools do. For example it will give you a toxic backlink report but you'll have to make your disavowal file by hand.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That unless you're doing Local SEO, Moz is a better client-facing reporting tool than a site audit and optimization tool.
