What differentiates Moogsoft from other similar products?
Best part is very user friendly. Ease of integration with predefined values . Auto de duplication feature to provide ease of event management. Workflows thta provides easy automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User friendly dashboard and simple flow of integration. Event management was best
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting, no self tool to create dashboards . Need to integrate it with other tools to create the same.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's low cost, easy to integrate and implement and provide good event management.

What differentiates Moogsoft from other similar products?
With Moogsoft, everyone has access to a shared platform. Detecting duplicate alerts is very simple. Correlates can be made for all relevant warnings. One of the AIOps tools is open source. All of our alarms are now consolidated in one convenient location, which greatly simplifies our problem. Value-adding features such as event management and observability are also available. The only thing you need to know is how to implement workflow functions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Moogsoft can be used easily. You can easily access and understand all circumstances and incidents through workflows. They also have excellent customer service. Furthermore, the cloud system is useful and easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our experiences with previous versions of Moogsoft were not ideal, but the software has improved greatly thanks to continued product improvements, and the newer Enterprise versions are even better. The user interface is where most of the work will be done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perform predictive monitoring with the help of AI and consolidate alerts from various monitoring systems. Centrally manage the creation of incidents according to metallic CI classification.
