- Unified Employee Experience Platform inside Microsoft 365, make easier for IT Team to manage - Deep integration with SharePoint and Yammer to foster communication and collaboration in the organization - Employee wellbeing features in Viva Insights

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- can be integrated into Microsoft Teams, will make easier for users to access - Wellbeing features like guided meditation, praise, schedule send and focus time

What do you dislike most about this product?

- low tangible impact, for most companies, it's still as a nice to have platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- provide better integration and automation between Viva Goals and Project Management Platform - create more tangible good impact features in Viva Insights personal Insights, so that the users will love it
