What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Simplicity and integration within the MS ecosystem making it user friendly and useable in so many cases with little training

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The synchronisation to windows explorer and integration within copilot

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the basic security access controls are great, they can be convoluted with the use of links and accidentally using the wrong link when referencing documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in a Microsoft ecosystem, it is a no brainer to use this in some capacity. For anything that requires very high document control, versioning etc… then another product should be sought for those use cases.
