What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
A very complete platform that we have used in all departments of the company. It allows files and documents to be uploaded to the program and modified in real time. All authorized members can see document updates and include changes. In addition to being supported by all Microsoft applications and programs, being a fairly safe and reliable program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All information can be sorted to make it more accessible, for example, with folders and subfolders. It is a very intuitive and easy to use platform. I love the real-time updates of the documents, as we can see the progress of the report, which facilitates the communication of the work team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The installation process and connection with the other computers in the company was quite laborious and caused us many headaches, which in the end we were able to solve. The program can only be accessed through a computer with the program installed, which limits its use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can use this platform with confidence knowing that our information is safe and that it has the support of a well known brand. This tool has allowed our work team to better manage time and execute their activities, that is why I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
I would say the extensive range of features. For example other than document sharing you also get task management and asset library which are useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with other systems, this makes it easier for organisations to access the information quickly by connecting different systems from the available sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I dislike the most is the search function, not that it is too much too worry about but it could maybe be improved in terms of keywords.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend SharePoint to anyone, you can have access from any device, you can link MS office365 products which makes working simultaneously quicker and easier.

Not so much the product, but the internet signal used may seem slow to load the files.
