What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft Sharepoint's integration with third party products products like Microsoft Power Automate Suite, outlook and teams is seamless. Microsoft SharePoint can also classify contents in different areas of the business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft SharePoint collects data in the office into a unified place allowing us to stay on top of the game. It allows us fast and easy access to all documents as it is also automatically connected to apps. We can also securely share information across other team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizing templates is very costly. Also the user interphase can sometimes be clunky which is so frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is relatively easy to use and allows safe sharing of data across the organization.
