What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, I can say that this one is unique since it allows several users to work simultaneously on the same document. Which for us makes it a very unique tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about this product is that it is an excellent platform where we can store any type of information, collect and analyze data in a very simple and effective way, in addition to having a very friendly interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From my particular point of view, I can say that this tool has no flaws, rather this tool is very complete, in addition to the fact that it has the ability to manage the privacy of any document.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons why we can recommend this tool is because user management is very simple and has very intuitive functions.

- Provide a lot of webpart/add-on, we can easily customize our SharePoint intranet - Great integration with Teams, Power Automate and other 3rd party apps, - Great metadata management and labelling
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Rich features like webpart, granular access, integration with Power Apps and Power Automate - Easy to manage and control by M365 Admin - Great compliance and discovery feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
- Access level such as Owner, Editor and Viewer and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) labelling sometimes overlapping - The complexity such as the domain URL, old interface of SharePoint advanced settings etc
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SharePoint is a solid Enterprise Document Management where the organization has a full control of it. Not only provide the great document management system but professional intranet management.
