Sharepoint is used mainly in Industries and hence i would obviously prefer using the same tool.

I like the feature of the controlling the access level

I mainly dislike the UI about the product

I would surely recommend on this.

It is better integrated with other microsoft users than google share is for google subscribers

Ease of sharing for people to view

Costly and I'm not a huge fan of the company

Microsoft is generally better price wise when your company exceeds 100 employees
