What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

You can have analytics and reports for business intelligence. With data connections, reports, dashboards and other BI material. On PC, Mac, and mobile devices, team members can collaborate both inside and outside the company. You can modernize workflows, including everything from alerts and approvals to operational tasks, to increase efficiency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Microsoft SharePoint allows me to upload, edit and share documents. It's helpful for reviewing and troubleshooting if I can keep track of who edited previous versions of a document. I can receive a notification when changes are made, I can set alerts on a document library..

What do you dislike most about this product?

Technical knowledge is necessary for configuration and administration, which can be complicated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I advise using Microsoft SharePoint to share and manage information, apps, and content to foster collaboration across your organization and help teams find information quickly.
