What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

A software like Microsoft Project Online can only be praised. Since we have been using it in our company we have noticed that it has a higher level of quality than the competition. This software offers a wide range of tools to make work proposals, strategies to approach different groups of activities, prioritizing pending tasks, and giving through different indicators, timely actions to efficiently manage our company's projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software has a series of tools that together make it one of the best for managing business projects. One of the tools that I use the most and that gives me the best results is the activation of panels with specific and general tasks, since, in real time, when a project task is modified, the software sends me the update to be reviewed, and if necessary, edit information. Another valuable tool is that I am not limited only to the use of the pc, since I can use this software on my Smartphone and thus edit or follow up my project from anywhere I am.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the obstacles I went through when I started using the software is that it is extremely complex to use. In order to get the productivity I wanted when using this software I had to go through two trainings and practice using it. Another factor that I dislike a bit about the software is that, when working with other non-Microsoft software, it is complicated and tedious to export the information to the desired software, sometimes limiting the achievement of goals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Project Online offers a high quality service, worthy of the Microsoft company. I recommend this software because nowadays corporations require software like this to organize, manage and execute internal projects. Microsoft Project Online, offers you the best tools to make your company meet the established deadlines for projects, working as a team and making more collective decisions.

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?

The desktop version is my go to product but the online version seems to be very limited with features unless you pay for the more expensive license.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the desktop version its actually easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its not got the same features as the desktop version

Trial the online version before purchasing it.
