What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
Unlike other cloud storage tools, this one is unique because we have the ability to keep control of who can see things by adding papers, plus all of our own files and office data are quickly synced to OneDrive, which which causes our own data to be safe and accessible at any time and anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many things about this product that we liked, but what stands out is that it continues to sync data automatically as fast as you edit a document or create a new document in your system. In addition to this, this is not only limited to PCs, but you can have it on the phone which makes it quite useful for anyone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From our quite special use we ourselves have not found a failure in this instrument because it updates itself, it saves information instantly and it is quite intuitive when doing the storage, although it is not a limitation if you add a dark subject would be more visually comfortable for those who wear glasses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We ourselves can recommend this tool since it is included with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, so we don't have to worry about looking for a file. Everything is stored in onedrive and we have the possibility to obtain them easily once we need it.
