If you are an enterprise customer, your contract and discount make adding on OneDrive solutions more appetizing than competing products. The services integrate better than any other competitor can provide, and the updates and security help drive compliance needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Team document collaboration abilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s Microsoft, which at times means that they don’t move as fast as some startups or single lane solutions. However, this isn’t always a bad thing because usually when you truly look under the hood you can find where those solutions have cut corners.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
While Microsoft OneDrive for Business offers integration with Microsoft Office applications and decent storage options, it is not without its shortcomings. It has an unintuitive user interface, which is particularly frustrating, especially considering how simple Google Drive is. There is no sync reliability, so there is inconsistencies across devices. Plus, it takes forever. The slower file synchronization speed compared to competitors is a huge hindrance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm sitting here trying to think of something but I honestly have nothing. I liked that I at least had SOMETHING to use to file sharing, but it was still a garbage experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sync reliability. I was constantly frustrated over syncing problems, like delays in files updating across devices and sometimes instances of data loss. It impacted productivity and was concerning. I need a reliable and trustworthy platform for crucial data storage and access.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Save your time and money and use Google Drive instead. For a more efficient and user-friendly experience, GDrive is it. It also tends to have more reliable sync capabilities, ensuring that your files are updated in real-time across all devices with minimal issues. This reliability is crucial for both personal and business use where data consistency is key.
