What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

All of us have used Onedrive for saving, sharing and editing documents in our school or college life. Most of us understand the formula it works on, same goes for Microsoft Onedrive for business. It is built on the same model of Onedrive but a bit different for professional use. You can send, share and receive files at work with ease. It can save upto 1 TB of data for a single person and if you would like to enhance it a bit you can do that as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not only can we share data collectively, we can edit and re-edit in real time as well. You can send files outside your own organization as well for example, clients who do not have this application. Unlike many good platforms that offer everything else but an app as well, onedrive for business offers us a free download that saves the time on the go! Also, it is compatible with almost all modern systems and is extremely user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Onedrive for business is an ultimate solution for all document sharing worries but it lacks one major aspect, integration. It does not allow integration with other apps and features, for example, different kinds of boards, calendars and so on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Those who are looking for a solution of cloud based storage in their company. It is highly recommended to use this one for time saving, storage and much more. It has room for some additions but I guess that is okay unless you are getting a satisfactory result overall.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

I think the major aspect where OneDrive stands tall , above other close alternatives has got to be the level of security it provides users. I use OneDrive personally and also in my place of work. In the last few years of use, I haven't had a reason to fear for the safety of my files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic file synchronization and strong user permission customisation are aspects of OneDrive, I am strongly impressed with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I sometimes struggle with uploading files via the native application for the Mac operating system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OneDrive provides me with invaluable tools for saving files in the cloud and accessing them securely.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Integration with Office 365. At the moment, no other cloud storage platform provides the level of integration which OneDrive has with Office365, due to both software programs being Microsoft owned. By integrating OneDrive and Office365, I have smooth connection to the best of what Office 365 provides in terms of word documentation , spreadsheeting , note taking infrastructure etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Strong, fast and secured synchronization across any number of device, where-in my OneDrive account is signed-in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have been absolutely satisfied with OneDrive and all that it provides me around file storage and collaboration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OneDrive is primarily about strong file security and access. Most modern teams obviously seek the aforementioned.
