Evaluate various vendors to consider different prices for a similar solutions. The licenses may be cheaper as the Multifactor authentication feature available through licenses through Microsoft can get expensive.

What differentiates Microsoft Entra ID from other similar products?
It works well with the Microsoft tools we already use, so managing user access and permissions feels fairly straightforward. I also like having better visibility into who has access to what.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, the biggest benefit is the added control over user access. It makes it easier to manage employee accounts and permissions, which is useful when dealing with finance-related systems and sensitive information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the settings can be confusing at first, especially for someone who is not from an IT background. It takes a little time to understand the different options and configure everything correctly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company already uses Microsoft products, I think it is worth considering. Spend some time planning your access structure before setup, as this will make ongoing user and permission management much easier.
