What differentiates Microsoft Azure Monitor from other similar products?
Azure Monitor has all we need for monitoring the usage of both our on premise and azure web applications. It has been quite effective in real time tracking of live metrics, request and response times of apps. It offers a robust analytics page with a vast query language for rapid analysis of our large amounts of operational data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like that am able to keep track of all our diffuse azure services from a single source. Azure monitor is also very thorough at monitoring and diagnosing networking issues and analyzing our network security. It rapidly detects breaches and quarantines any security problems before harm is done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about azure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Azure monitor is simple to use and its UI is very intuitive. There is also much documentation available on how to use it. Apart from that, it provides extensive monitoring services across all the azure resources.

A robust tool that supports operations at scale with automated actions. You can create a visualization with azure dashboards and workbooks. It can investigate change for data for routine monitoring or triaging incidents by using change analysis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You'll see all the data collected by the Azure monitor right on the overview page in the Azure Portal. With metric explorer, you can chart the value of multiple metrics over time. You can view charts interactively, and be able to pin them with other visualizations. You can create and test queries by using log analytics in Azure portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No disdain. with Azure monitor, you can directly analyze data using different tools or save queries for use with visualizations or alert rules. You can instantly visualize, monitor, and fix issues in the Azure app with a business lens to bring down the resolution time and effort. Offers a holistic view of Azure services from multiple tenants and subscriptions with live status.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the azure monitor because it offers a real-time depiction of the KPIs on an intuitive dashboard ideal for any anomaly detection. Offers automatic mapping of azure service to depict the application and spotlight issues. You can continuously monitor Azure services on the crucial performance metrics.
