Managing Devices, Ok managing devices, providing remote assistance and monitoring the health of systems was easily managed without switching apps. It is a simple setup, and a cloud solution to allow you to work from almost anywhere managing or supporting devices. In its emphasis on making IT operations as simple and clean as possible—while remaining friendly—it does set itself apart from many other solutions..
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing I like about LogMeIn Resolve: The easy way it is for remote support and device management, To be able to know everything about a machine would also promote extra precautions to minimize that risk. There are no needless steps — I can connect to endpoints, debug issues and do routine operational maintenance very quickly. It also consolidates key tools, which helps in reducing response times and making day-to-day IT processes better structured and efficient. Another thing I like is the fact that it also allows me to access from cloud, using which I can manage devices from another place without too much hassle..
What do you dislike most about this product?
The aspect that I don’t like about LogMeIn Resolve the most is that some of the advanced features may require additional time for getting accustomed to their use. Although the application itself is simple to use, managing some settings may be rather difficult at the beginning. Another thing worth noting is that sometimes the speed of performance depends on network connections. However, there is nothing critical here, and a more efficient way of setting things up could make using the program easier..

GoTo Resolve is very user friendly and easy to implement. We are very fond of GoTo products. Because the software are very user friendly and our customers have never complained about it!
