What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
Laserfiche has a very clean look to it, and is super user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Laserfiche is the lookup rules in Laserfiche forms, giving the ability to pre-fill information needed in the form just by typing in a name.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like that there are so many different applications/sites depending on what you are doing in Laserfiche. Do I need to be in forms? Workflow? Administration? Repository?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone were considering this product and asked me about it, I’d say get it! It has made things so much easier for our company especially considering we have people across the entire country.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
When I first investigated document imaging, Laserfiche was the top choice. I have not looked backed and have installed it in four locations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The search and retrieval functions make my job so much easier and less stressful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dislikes regarding the product and have highly recommended it to many people.

It is an amazing product that will improve your productivity while reducing your stress.

AI Intergrations with summarizing information. The granular security permissions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part of Laserfiche is the workflow/business processing. The flow of data complementing each other as the process continues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app is slow and not very user friendly. The public portal is a close second because it is not as customizable as I want.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Defiantly set it up correctly at the beginning. Create all security and retention policies upfront. This will save you time and effort later on.
