KnowBe4 is very easy to use and provided a variety of training for all of the team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of the training has so much information about of the awareness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They send so many reminders, I don't think is necessary a bad thing, but just saying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, do it and it will save the life of your IT department.

It just works without issue. It's also very easy to set up and automate the processes.
