Excellent way to raise email awareness

What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
The simulated phishing attacks are the best I've seen. They do a great job of making them look real. Especially if you turn up the difficulty. It does a great job of giving you the results in an easily digestable manner which makes it easy to see the areas where you have improved and the areas where you need to improve.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The part where you can upload your own video training. The stuff KnowBe4 provides is phenomenal but it was nice to be able to add new hire security training of our own to supplement their training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even after a few years some of the interface feels a tad clunky. When we have issues, our account rep is very willing to help us walk through what we're trying to do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it's best to begin the simulated attacks at a pretty high level to really see what you're dealing with in your company. Make sure to go over results with users and not just rely on the training sent after a failed simulated attack.
