What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
The simulated phishing emails are fantastic. A lot of stock templates to choose from at different difficulty level and topics which is great for targeted phishing. It is fun to customize them as well. Appreciate the ability to automate the monthly sending of this test to set and forget. Good feedback on who clicked, opened attachment or just viewed the email and the device the views it on. Setting up the Training is easy and can also be automated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Working with the Vendor has been a positive experience. Quick responses to questions and easy to contact. they offer useful free tools along with their paid ones. Phishing simulations are great and the training platform is easy to set up. They keep a lot of the training modules behind the top pay tiers and do not seem to update many very often. They do have do good content though.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wish there were more training modules, they lock many of the most useful at the highest pay tier. Reports could be more customizable stock ones can be limited. No user roles for admin platform. Only full admin.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
