I haven't used other products yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an easy to use platform, although, it's not that easy to personalise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service is not that reliable, but they do their best to solve the problems and issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear structure and plan what they need as it gets more complicated if you have a finished product and you want to improve or ad other features. such as integrations.

What differentiates Kissflow Digital Workplace from other similar products?

this tool has everything a team needs to manage any type of work that comes at any time, quickly creating simple and complex workflows, tasks are assigned dynamically, you can set custom parameters to make team members team have responsibility at work and continue to advance successfully

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this tool because it allows to manage in a comfortable and practical way that the workflow is simple as complex and conditional tasks, the assigned tasks can be very dynamic which allows a better evolution, any type of work is managed in a single platform with a digital workplace this gives you the flexibility the power and transparency you need

What do you dislike most about this product?

like this tool, I don't dislike anything, it works very well to be able to manage any type of work successfully

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool for you to implement in any organization better coordinating any type of project and flexible cases keeping your team on track connecting your flows internally and externally many remote tasks gives teams a very smart way to openly discuss work and thus maintain an organized and accessible conversation
