They have better prices for most LATAM countries and its very easy to integrate,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to integrate or you can just use their own platform which is very user friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

They need to add more features to easily manage data bases

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a good product, not pricey and gets the job done, specially in retail in LATAM this will bring you sales but you need someone that manages a good CRM strategy, you wont get that support from the vendor (which is fair).
