What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?

IdeaScale is a powerful and highly developed tool. Its placement and launching are very approachable. It is highly configurable to fit the distinctive needs of customization. It gives full control over the diverse idea stages, ranging from moderation to complete engagement. Its customer helpdesk is very responsive. So these are the reasons I chose this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IdeaScale provides immediate and efficient customer service. It competently meets all essentials by giving innovative ideas. I also like its continuous update policies to improve its features. It facilitates with wide range of customization according to the needs of our inputs. It is very trustworthy software. Its collaboration features provides useful services while refining raw ideas. The dashboard is well-designed and managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have faced a few challenges when I started using it, but now it is working efficiently and giving unexpected services. Its customer support is very polite and responsive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ideascale is a top-tier innovation management platform. The user interface of IdeaScale is widespread and has a learning curve. It operates well if your strategies line up perfectly with its functioning.

IdeaScale is straightforward mainly when using it's whiteboard and it is easy to use for project setting and management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IdeaScale takes less time to create your own dashboard for activity management including whiteboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only whiteboard is easy to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IdeaScale is not complex as other softwares.
