What differentiates IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation from other similar products?
IBM Cloud Pak is unique from other products, it's not only an RPA tool it gives the ability to automate the complex business process. As most of the other providers not supporting web/cloud based architecture but here we get that advantage too. Using this we were able to integrate with other cloud based applications without any hassle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a low code no code developer, I was able to achieve all of my tasks especially the reporting and monitoring part here is too good. Not only that we were able to leverage AI services with that we satisfied the clients requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One difficulty which I faced was in my initial times I was not able to understand few features using the official documentation. So I would request the team to improve the documentation and it doesn't support LDAP that's also an major problem
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone who is looking to automate their repetitive mundane take definitely can go for it, as it has lot AI capabilities and cloud support. The licensing cost of the product is comparatively low than other vendors. Also the support the product team offers is too good and very helpful during tough times.

Their multicloud approach, integration capabilities and that it's a unified platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That it runs on Kubernetes and it's scalable and flexible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price could be improved upon.

Take time to review all of the advantages and features of the product, so you can utilize them all, especially the security and compliance ones.

What differentiates IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation from other similar products?
IBM cloud Pak for Business Automation provides a set of tools / products combine in a single pack which enhance the productivity of your environment. Not seen this with any other product or principle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I mostly used IBM Process Mining and RPA. Recently I like the way IBM PM provides analytics and predicts the flaws present in your existing business processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not documentation available for Task Simulation and also IBM representatives does not suggest to use this feature set as this can be a time taking process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For IBM process mining I would say the product right now Is in initial stage, it will take time for the market to understand its uniqueness.
