What differentiates HYPE Innovation from other similar products?
I looked at many competitors prior to getting Viima and the visual attractiveness of the interface is a major differentiation point. Many companies in the space have similar or vaguely similar capabilities but it's the presentation of those capabilities which gives Viima an edge. They understand that it's not just important to give you a set of features but to make them friendly, easy to use, and to have those factors coalesce into creating an affinity within the organization for ideation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The visual interface is highly intuitive and encourages submission of ideas. Similar competitors employed a list form, which has advantages, but Viima makes a strong effort to be user-friendly, customizable, and to bundle that in an attractive interface. Those aspects made Viima very easy to introduce to my company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not a dislike per se but it would be nice to see a Slack integration in the future since our company heavily relies on Google products and the like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's very easy to use this product to introduce and build ideation within your company. That, in turn, will help to prove the efforts and revenue potential of ideas which can help you establish a healthy feedback cycle for ideation within your company or job function. The support is outstanding and Viima works with you to understand your business and help you realize value.
