What differentiates Guru from other similar products?

It’s a very easy organization system, that keeps all our repositories tidy, easy to access, and simple to look for information. The system conjointly permits it to be organized in such a way that it can be configured in such a way that it constantly provides real-time data on the information or topic that we need. In addition to allowing a complete chase of the team’s activities and collaboration among them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I favor however Guru is extremely organized despite having different departments in our account. Team Leads can also produce their cards and knowledge base that’s useful for their teams. This tool will ensure that your team is updated with everything and you’ll even see how many folks from your team have read the vital update. You’ll also see which card is extremely helpful since you will see how many individuals are using that specific card and how many times they’ve used it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In our company, their options are very useful and nearly perfect. I would say that the “intelligent search” option needs improvement. There are times when we search using a specific keyword but it’s too far from what we were trying for. Some cards would come up but aren’t related to the word we used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I favor that Guru isn’t full of options that aren’t crucial for little teams, it’s easy to start utilizing Guru – simply start writing your thoughts, then formalize them every time you see the card and verify that the card is up to date. Don’t forget to feature tags for simple searching info next time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Guru's text editor is simple to use and resembles WordPress. It's simple to embed films from Vimeo, YouTube, etc. To keep documents structured, it is simple to create folders, tag cards with keywords, and establish sections for each team. Reviewing and searching through cards is quite simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of Guru's words are difficult to understand and can be confusing. However, if you read it again, it will give you greater comprehension, and all you need is some reading time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Guru greatly aids me in properly resolving the customer's issue. The procedure they offered allowed me to gain information and be productive.
